Buildings and Grounds Committee
This committee is appointed by the pastor and oversees improvements and maintenance of parish facilities.

Education and Formation Commission
The purpose of this commission is to coordinate, develop, promote and evaluate all parish-related education and formation programs.

Finance Council
The Finance Council is appointed and consultative to the pastor. Its purpose is to assist the pastor in administration of the parish finances.

Liturgy Commission
This commission meets monthly to plan for the spiritual needs of our parish. Primarily this involves planning music for Sunday and special liturgies, parish missions and days of prayer.

Parish Council
Members of the Parish Council are elected for three year terms from the parish at large and meet the second Tuesday of each month. There are three members on each of the four parish council commissions. These 12 members are voting members. Council members are responsible for keeping up with activities, issues and needs of the organizations and ministries assigned to their commission. Meetings are open to all parishioners. Parish Life Commission
The purpose of the Parish Life Commission is to promote unity and sense of "family" among the parish members by providing opportunities for people to be together and to provide a welcome atmosphere for newcomers to the parish.

Social Concerns Commission
The purpose of this commission is to inform and involve the parish community in social concerns and charitable acts toward one another and toward the larger community of city, state, nation and world and to transform into action the Church's concern about social justice and charity towards all.

Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship committee guides and monitors the parish Stewardship Campaign. Members include the Pastor, the Stewardship Coordinator, Business Manager, the Volunteer Coordinator, one member of the Finance Council, one member of the Parish Council, two members who chair the committee and two members at large.

Vocations Committee/Serra Club
This committee is comprised of a group of people from Holy souls parish who are interested in promoting vocations to the religious life through prayer and various activities.
